On August 8, 2008, the Court held a Final Approval hearing regarding the class action settlement. No class members made an appearance, and no objections were filed. The Court, after reviewing the settlement terms and claims results, approved the settlement and entered final judgment.
This action was brought on behalf of Albertsons’ hourly key carrier managers working in the California supermarkets for unpaid overtime and wages for working through rest and meal periods and for Albertson’s failure to provide adequate rest and meal periods.
