Diana M. Khoury, Partner, received a law degree from Western State University in 1986 and is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in 1975.
Upon being admitted to the State Bar of California, a major focus of Ms. Khoury's practice has been on consumer rights litigation, and has included civil tort litigation, personal injury, and business torts. Ms. Khoury currently represents employees in wage and hour class actions, where her contributions are primarily geared to settlement principles and procedures.
Ms. Khoury is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, California Employment Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association (now the American Association for Justice), American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and Consumer Attorneys of California since June 1987. She has served and continues to serve on various committees within some of these organizations.
